Please be advised that our Financial Year has been changed and from 2024 will run from March 1st until the last day of February each year. This will enable all HGS events to be accounted for in the same 12 month period.
Annual Subscriptions have been increased to £8.00 for a single membership and £10 for a joint membership.
Therefore, we are asking all Annual Members who pay their subscriptions by Standing Order to update their Mandate in line with the above changes. Your 2023 payment will cover all events entered until March 1st 2024.
Members, who do not update their subscriptions, will be moved to a ‘pending’ database and must pay non-members entry fees to all events until the correct subscription is received.
